Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Philosophy: Made to Order

At Nature Lost Vault, we believe in intentionality and sustainability. To ensure the highest quality and reduce environmental waste, we do not hold "stock" in a dusty warehouse.

Every book is Made to Order. This means the moment you place your order, a fresh copy is printed, bound, and inspected specifically for you.

1. Processing & Printing Times

Because each book is custom-crafted, there is a dedicated Printing & Binding window before your order ships:

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for your book to be printed and bound.

  • High Demand Periods: During holidays or special releases, printing may take up to 7 business days.

You will receive a notification as soon as your book has completed its crafting process and is handed over to our delivery partners.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your book has been printed, it is shipped via our tracked carrier network. Please note that "Shipping Time" is in addition to the "Printing Time" mentioned above.

3. Tracking Your Journey

Every order is shipped with a Tracking Number.

  • Step 1: You will receive an "Order Confirmed" email immediately after purchase.

  • Step 2: You will receive a "Shipment Notification" email with a tracking link once the printing and binding process is complete.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update once it has been picked up by the carrier.

4. Custom Duties & Taxes

For our international vault members, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Nature Lost Vault is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

Since each book is custom-printed, we do not offer traditional "exchanges." However, if your book arrives damaged during transit or has a printing defect, we will prioritize a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Please contact us at orders at naturelostvault dot com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage to initiate a replacement.
