Return Policy: All Sales Are Final

Nature's Lost Vault is printed on demand. When you place an order, a physical copy is minted specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse. Once the vault is open, it cannot be un-opened.

Damaged or Misprinted Copies: If the system fails and your book arrives damaged during transit, or contains a manufacturing error (e.g., missing pages, upside-down printing), we will make it right. Contact us at orders at naturelostvault dot com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage, and we will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
